Location : Boston, MA ( No relocation , Hybrid -3 days onsite )

Required Skills :

• Must be strong with SQL. Really important
• Being strong on the data side is really important. Being process and data focused. Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, or data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI).
• Experience with BI tools, ideally Tableau
• Excel skills
• Experience working in the Travel Services/Hospitality industry is a nice to have

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, or data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to business challenges.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management processes is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Nice to Have Skills:

Experience with travel industry-specific software such as GDS (Global Distribution Systems), Sabre, Amadeus, or similar platforms. Strong knowledge of travel management systems, booking platforms, and customer experience optimization. Understanding of emerging trends in the travel industry, including digital transformation, personalization, and customer loyalty.
