Job Description

Introduction: We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled Business Process Analyst to enhance our business operations through innovative process improvements, automation, and custom application development. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in data tools, automation, and application development within the Microsoft ecosystem Responsibilities:

Analyze and evaluate existing business processes and identify opportunities for process improvements.
Design, develop, and implement Excel-based tools and automations to streamline daily tasks and reporting.
Create and maintain automated reports and dashboards using Power BI, ensuring they meet business needs.
Develop custom applications and workflows using Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate to enhance operational efficiency and user experience.
Develop and optimize SQL databases and other database structures to support business functions and data analysis.
Write and maintain Python scripts to automate repetitive tasks and integrate systems.
Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure that business requirements are adequately met through technological solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Business Process Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role.
Strong technical skills in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and VBA for automation's.
Proficient in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, and report development.
Experience with Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate for creating custom applications and automating workflows.
Experience with SQL server management and database design.
Ability to develop automation scripts in Python.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to interact with team members and senior management.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certifications in business process management, Microsoft Excel, Power BI, SQL, Python, Power Apps, or Power Automate.
Prior experience in project management or leading cross-functional projects.
