Job Title: Business Performance Analyst

Pay Grade: 6 

Position Summary : Analyzes the performance of critical business functions, defines the scope and impact of business performance measurement processes, as well as design, plan and implement an enterprise-wide data management plan. Activities include implementation of policies, procedures, communication, and execution of business performance management processes. The Business Performance Analyst is expected to understand business processes and requirements for each functional area within the organization. Other responsibilities include extracting data from corporate systems, manipulating and validating data, conducting root cause analysis, and identifying opportunities for improving business performance. The successful candidate should be comfortable writing queries, developing analytical visualizations, and integrating data with automated platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering or 3-5 years’ experience with technical/analytical related jobs in lieu of a college degree
• Proficient in MS Office suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Advanced knowledge of analytical visualization software e.g., Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, etc.
• Solid mathematical aptitude and effective project management skills
• Must be able to pass requirements for approval for an ATL badge with customs seal. This includes a 10-year background search by fingerprint analysis
• Flexible with work hours and requirements outside of normal working hours/days to provide atypical on-premises support during emergencies or critical events
