BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

* Bachelor's degree in a technical field
* 5+ years of experience in outside sales
* In-depth understanding of Distribution, OEMs, Engineering, and end users
* Familiar with LEAN and ISO 9001 processes and procedures
* Instrumentation fittings and valves experience
* Proficient in delivering technical presentations, training, and product demos

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Engage with End Users and OEMs frequently
* Follow up on all sales leads and track projects and quotations
* Conduct account analysis to evaluate territory performance and potential
* Gather competitive intelligence and insights on new products
* Support company-wide sales initiatives
* Deliver product training and presentations to Distribution and end users
* Travel 6 - 10 nights per month, including trade shows
* Exhibit a strong commitment to exceptional customer service and support
* Adhere to zero-defect quality standards and procedures
