Business Analyst 

Location: This is a hybrid opportunity where you will work once a week in the office. Our office location is at 10th and 11th Floor Robinsons Cyber Omega, Pearl Drive, Ortigas Center, Pasig City, Metro Manila, Philippines 1605

As a Request Analyst with Insight, you will hold a position that focuses on managing and fulfilling IT service requests from client users, ensuring timely and accurate provisioning of resources and services. This role requires a strong understanding of IT systems and processes, excellent organizational skills, and a customer-centric approach to service delivery.

As a Request Analyst, you will get to:

• Receive, evaluate, and process IT service requests from client users, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and alignment with service level agreements.
• Provision and configure software, access permissions, and other IT resources for client users based on approved requests, following industry best practices.
• Maintain detailed documentation of all service requests, provisioning activities, and user permissions in compliance with security and audit standards.

We are looking for a Request Analyst with:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in IT service provisioning, request management, or client support within a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment.
• Strong knowledge of IT systems, software, networking concepts, and ITIL best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills with a focus on delivering exceptional client support.
