Job Title: Business Analyst

Location: Hybrid (Albany)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications

Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed analysis of business processes and systems.
• Gather document and analyze business requirements.
• Develop and maintain business process documentation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for process improvements.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications for IT development.
• Work closely with IT and business teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions.
• Develop and deliver reports dashboards and presentations to support business decisionmaking.
• Perform data analysis to identify trends issues and opportunities for business improvement.
• Facilitate meetings and workshops to drive business analysis activities.

Qualifications:

• Experience in business analysis.
• Proven experience in gathering and documenting business requirements and processes.
• Experience with business intelligence tools such as Tableau and Power BI is a plus.
• Experience with data management and reporting using Python is a plus.
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Technology or a related field.
• Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or other relevant certification is preferred.
• Proficiency in business analysis methodologies and tools.
• Strong understanding of business process modeling and data analysis.
• Experience with SQL and relational databases is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively with crossfunctional teams.
• Detailoriented with strong organizational skills.
