We are seeking a talented and motivated Brand Design Intern to join our brand design team for a summer internship. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to product and marketing teams and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. While professional experience is not mandatory, a strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and design skills is required.

What You'll Do:

• Collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to assist in the development and execution of design concepts for various projects, ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints.
• Generate creative and visually appealing ideas that resonate with our target audience.
• Create visual designs for a range of product and marketing materials, including app screens, social media graphics, website assets, email campaigns, print collateral, and more.
• Assist in developing and presenting design rationales that articulate the strategy behind creative choices.
• Help maintain and evolve our brand guidelines to ensure a cohesive and recognizable brand identity.
• Work efficiently, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks effectively to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Requirements

• Current enrollment in or recent graduation from a Bachelor's or Master's program in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design work, including brand design and visual design
• Proficiency in Figma and industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Exceptional creativity and a keen eye for detail.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain and defend design choices.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• UI/UX, illustration and motion deign skills are a plus

Benefits

The range in Colorado for this position is $21 - $24 per hour. Actual starting compensation may vary based upon geographic location, work experience, and skills.
