With a focus on quality, innovation, and customer experience, we're looking for a dynamic Brand Ambassador & Content Creator to elevate our brand and connect with our audience on a deeper level.

Position Summary: As a Brand Ambassador & Content Creator, you'll be the face and voice of our brand, engaging with our community both online and in-person. You'll create compelling content that educates, entertains, and informs, fostering a positive community around our brand and driving engagement across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation: Develop, produce, and manage high-quality content for our social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok, that aligns with our brand's voice and mission.
• Brand Representation: Represent our brand at events, pop-ups, and in-store promotions, embodying our core values and educating consumers about our products and the benefits of cannabis.
• Community Engagement: Actively engage with our community online and offline, responding to comments, messages, and participating in relevant conversations to build strong relationships.
• Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and the evolving cannabis landscape to inform content creation and brand strategy.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to plan and execute campaigns, product launches, and other promotional activities.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Brand Ambassador, Content Creator, or similar role, ideally in the cannabis industry or related fields.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to create engaging and informative content.
• Deep understanding of social media platforms and analytics tools, with a knack for trends and content that resonates.
• Passionate about cannabis and its community, with knowledge of cannabis products, culture, and regulations in California.
• Creative, outgoing, and energetic personality, with a professional and positive demeanor.
• Ability to travel within California and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
