POSITION – Bookkeeper
JOB LOCATION – Saukville, WI
STARTING DATE – Immediate
EMPLOYMENT TERM – Temp-to-Hire
EMPLOYMENT TYPE – Part Time
WORK HOURS (SHIFT) – Monday/Wednesday/Friday 9am-2pm, but hours are very flexible
STARTING PAY – $20 per hour
BENEFITS – Medical, Vision, Dental, 401(K), Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays, Referral Bonus
REQUIRED EDUCATION – High School Diploma/GED
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE – At least 2 years of experience
Main duties include making all bookkeeping entries and paying bills for 5 QuickBooks company files, inventory level supervision/reorder points, override/commission calculations, and overseeing state sales tax filings for one of the companies that is mainly run by the Avatax service.

- Answer the phones
- Calculate commissions
- Oversee state sales tax fillings
Qualifications
-Basic QuickBooks and MS Office (mainly Excel) experience required.
