We are seeking a skilled Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in various accounting tasks and possess knowledge of Quick book online accounting software . This position offers the opportunity to work from home with regular monthly onsite at the office. Responsibilities: Perform balance sheet reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records Process debits and credits accurately Assist with journal entries and accounts payable tasks Conduct general ledger reconciliation to ensure financial accuracy Utilize technical accounting skills to analyze financial data Collaborate with the team to support corporate accounting functions Proficiency in using QuickBooks Qualifications: Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or Accounting Clerk, min. 6 years. Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices Ability to handle sensitive financial information with integrity Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency in using Quizbooks and Microsoft Excel Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred Job Type: Part-time Pay: $27.00 - $40.00 per hour Expected hours: 10 per week Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Work from home Experience level: 6 years
