Boiler Operator – Direct Hire

Location: Atlanta, Houston, Tampa
Pay: $28 - $30 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts available)
Hours: 40 per week
Travel Required: No

Job Overview
We are hiring boiler operators for direct hire positions in Atlanta, Houston, and Tampa. This role involves maintaining and operating boilers, pumps, and related equipment in an industrial environment. Candidates should have experience ensuring the safe and efficient operation of boilers, monitoring water and chemical levels, and responding to equipment malfunctions.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain boilers, pumps, and related equipment
• Monitor water, chemical, and fuel levels to ensure proper operation
• Adjust valves to regulate water, air, and fuel flow
• Inspect equipment, identify issues, and replace damaged parts
• Maintain boiler room cleanliness and safety compliance
• Read and interpret gauges, meters, and charts to track system performance
• Keep daily logs and records of boiler operations
• Respond to emergencies and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions

Qualifications

• Prior experience in boiler operation, maintenance, or industrial heating systems
• Ability to read and interpret technical gauges, meters, and schematics
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
