Naturally has friendly personality and strong sales dynamic
Uphold strict legal and ethical standards while conducting business
Project a professional image and provide excellent customer service
Excellent communication skills, to effectively work with customers and colleagues
Demonstrates commitment in the sales department.
Can provide a thorough explanation of aftermarket products, warranties and offer manufacturer and dealership service procedures and policies to customers
Coordinate delivery date with parts and service department to ensure a smooth transaction for customers
Ability and willingness to learn quickly
Exhibit strong problem solving skills
Enjoys working Saturday
Lightspeed EVO experience a plus
