Summary :

The QTI Group is looking to hire a temporary Bilingual Staffing Operations Support Specialist to aid in servicing our customers. This position processes payroll for multiple corporations, branches and clients. The ideal candidate will have prior administrative experience, along with strong math and communication skills. • On site role located in our downtown Madison office
• Monday-Friday; 8:00am-5:00pm
• Pay based on experience

Responsibilities :

• Support, maintain and develop client relationship by maintaining contact and establishing rapport with clients, external and internal employees
• Provide support for unemployment processes
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of accounts receivable transactions
• Maintain client and employee records by updating database and files with necessary compliance and payroll information
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery and quality of payroll services to employees and clients
• Coordinating billing process, invoice generation and electronic invoices transmissions

Qualifications :

• Bilingual in Spanish/English
• Strong verbal and written communication skills as well as strong customer service skills
• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience preferred
• Prior office administrative experience
• Strong math skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, especially excel
