Easterseals of Southeastern Pennsylvania is seeking a parttime Behavior Therapy Assistant to support the behavior and educational services provided to students in our Early Intervention Programs. Our school programs service young children with severe and complex disabilities including autism, physical disabilities, and communication limitations.
The Behavior Therapy Assistant will fill a critical role in the expansion of Positive Behavior Supports within Easterseals. The primary role involves implementing strategies as outlined in Positive Behavior Support Plans which could include but are not limited to providing direct instruction based on the principals of Positive Behavior Supports. The Behavior Therapy Assistant will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS). This individual will need to demonstrate flexibility in that they may be serving one student at a time or be supporting a classroom teacher in an assistant role.
