Immediate Full-Time and Part-Time Positions Available

Backswing is a proud, locally owned, and operated craft brewery in Lincoln, NE. We are looking for passionate, energetic beer lovers to share their personalities & beer knowledge. Our Taproom team seeks to provide a guest experience via meticulously crafted beers, unique events, enthusiasm, and superbly attentive service. Like all our taproom staff, this position can work shifts at both of our taprooms (Omaha opening Summer 2021!!). If you consider yourself a fan of craft beer and thrive in a team-oriented environment, we would love to hear from you.

Requirements:

• Passion for craft beer, community, and locally supported business
• Must be 19 or over and available to work Weekends, nights, and holidays as necessary
• Minimum 1 year service industry preferred

Duties Include:

• Educating guests about craft beer and Backswing history with a smile
• Opening and closing facility to a high standard of cleanliness
• Preparing and serving mixed drinks and wine
• Receiving, processing, and fulfilling online orders
