New Albany Country Club (NACC), a prestigious and private Country Club located in scenic New Albany, Ohio, is now accepting resumes/applications for experienced part-time and on-call banquet servers to join our team. NACC is conveniently located just 5 minutes from 270 and 161, and 10 minutes from Easton Town Center. This opportunity is perfect for individuals looking for a flexible work schedule. NACC hosts a variety of events throughout the year including wedding ceremonies & receptions, bridal & baby showers, birthday & holiday parties, corporate meetings & retreats, and golf outings. We are seeking hospitality professionals with great personalities and exceptional service experience to help make our events memorable and successful. Our ideal candidates:

• Have experience serving food & beverages to high-end social & corporate clientele;
• Take pride in providing professional and attentive service;
• Anticipate guests’ needs before and during an event;
• Understand and demonstrate proper service standards and event etiquette;
• Maintain a professional appearance, including proper care of uniform attire;
• Communicate clearly and effectively with guests and fellow team members;
• Have experience setting up and striking events, including guest tables, and food & beverage stations; and
• Maintain a positive attitude even in stressful situations.

Job Type: Part-Time/On-Call Banquet Servers Rate of Pay: $16 - $18 per hour commensurate with experience and qualifications Required Experience: Minimum one year of professional banquet service. Employment is contingent upon the satisfactory completion of a third-party background check.
