Job Title: Azure Cloud Architect (US Citizen Only)

Location: Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement highly available, scalable, and secure cloud architectures using Microsoft Azure.
• Lead the migration of on-premises infrastructure to Azure, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum performance.
• Collaborate with development, DevOps, and IT teams to provide guidance on cloud best practices, automation, and optimization.
• Design and implement Azure services, including networking, storage, databases, identity management, and security solutions.
• Conduct cloud readiness assessments and provide strategic recommendations for cloud adoption and migration.
• Create and maintain detailed architectural documentation, including high-level designs and technical solutions.
• Monitor and optimize Azure environments to ensure cost-efficiency, performance, and security.
• Stay current on Azure advancements and trends, and provide thought leadership on cloud technologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience in cloud architecture and solutions, with focused on Microsoft Azure.
• Microsoft Azure Architect certification (AZ-300/301, AZ-303/304, or equivalent).
• Proven experience designing and implementing Azure IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS solutions.
• Strong understanding of Azure services, including Azure Virtual Machines, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure Active Directory, and Azure DevOps.
• Experience with cloud migration projects, including hybrid cloud solutions.
• Expertise in cloud security, compliance frameworks, and data protection best practices.
• Knowledge of Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools such as ARM templates, Terraform, or Azure Resource Manager.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work across teams.
• Federal Experience is a plus.
