This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in automotive accounting. No prior experience is required—we’re willing to train the right candidate! We’re seeking someone reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. If you’re comfortable with computers, enjoy working with numbers, and want to be part of a supportive team, we’d love to hear from you. Responsibilities

• Assist with organizing and entering invoices and payments.
• Help track customer payments and follow up on outstanding balances.
• Support with daily deposit entries and other routine accounting tasks.
• Maintain accurate records and file documents.
• Learn to reconcile statements and research discrepancies.
• Provide general support to the accounting team.

Requirements

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Excel or other spreadsheet tools.
• Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
• Ability to stay organized and handle multiple tasks.
• Positive attitude and good communication skills.
• Must be able to work part-time hours (flexible schedule available).
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must pass pre-employment screening including background check and drug test.
