This position offers a dynamic hybrid work arrangement, combining three days in the office with two days remote each week.

Join a dedicated Tools Engineering team renowned for delivering exceptional tools that enhance productivity for Developers, Quality Engineers, and Traders. Our team provides an advanced automated testing framework, enabling users to write functional integration test cases effortlessly while simulating various inputs and outputs within front office trading systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop solutions tailored to the needs of our end users, leveraging your expertise in Python programming.
• Consistently meet project timelines without compromising on quality.
• Independently troubleshoot issues related to the Linux operating system and trading systems, while collaborating effectively with team members.
• Demonstrate a proven track record in problem-solving within complex systems.

Qualifications:

• 7-10+ years of experience in the financial industry, specifically within front-office trading.
• A minimum of 10 years of expertise in Python programming is essential.
• In-depth understanding of the FIX protocol and robust knowledge of financial asset classes, such as stocks and options.
• Proven expertise in creating scalable automation frameworks using Pytest.
• Proficient in Linux OS and GIT version control system.
• Experience with Docker, JAVA, and PERL is advantageous.
• Knowledge of backoffice and clearing processes is a plus.
