You’ll work in a fast-paced, professional environment where your expertise truly matters. Your Responsibilities Include Evaluating and repairing damaged vehicles to manufacturer and company standards Collaborating with teammates and management throughout the repair process Maintaining tools, equipment, and a clean, safe workspace Assisting with repair planning and vehicle prep when needed Following all safety protocols and regulations What You Bring To The Team ~1–3+ years of hands-on collision repair experience ~ Strong knowledge of vehicle structures and replacement procedures ~ Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. and work in physically demanding conditions ~ Sharp attention to detail and pride in quality craftsmanship ~ Comfortable in a fast-paced, production-focused environment Required Valid Driver’s License I-CAR or ASE Certifications (Preferred) Ready to Make an Impact?
