Position Summary We are looking for a skilled and versatile audio designer, with experience in slot-style games, to create original music and sound effects for new themes in development. You will collaborate with game designers and software engineers to bring games to life with top-quality audio.
Primary Roles And Responsibilities - Collaborate with game designers to define creative audio direction for assigned projects.
- Create fun, engaging, theme-appropriate music and sound effects for games.
- Deliver finished assets to established specs using industry-standard audio production tech.
- Guide software engineers in audio asset implementation.
- Test-play games on target hardware to verify proper audio functionality and overall balance. (In-person as-needed)
- Troubleshooting and debugging.
Requirements Experience and Education - You must have professional experience developing audio for slot-style games (online, mobile, land-based) and be able to provide examples of your released titles.
- Expert level proficiency with industry-standard audio production technology.
- Broad stylistic versatility in music composition and production techniques.
- Working knowledge of audio mastering and loudness.
- Excellent critical listening skills.
- Creativity and imagination.
- Strong team-oriented interpersonal and communication skills.
- Professionalism and good humor in receiving critical feedback.
- The ability to meet deadlines like a boss.
- Experience with middleware (Wwise, FMOD) is a bonus.
