• 2-4 years of litigation experience
• Expertise in Employment Law, Class Actions, and Wage & Hour cases
• California Bar membership in good standing
• Sharp research and writing skills
• Passion for employment law and a go-getter attitude

Your Day-to-Day Impact:

• Handle individual lawsuits and class actions in employment law
• Draft and file complaints, legal memoranda, and motions
• Take depositions like a pro
• Build damage models that pack a punch
• Lead and mentor legal support staff
