As a Commercial Litigation/Bankruptcy Attorney, you would represent clients in both secured and unsecured debt collection matters, manage bankruptcy cases, and handle commercial litigation, including breach of contract, commercial lease enforcement, and shareholder disputes.

Note: This position requires employees to work on-site at both the Palm Beach Gardens and Boca Raton offices.

Job Description

• Represent clients in commercial litigation and business bankruptcy cases.
• Manage cases from inception to resolution, including pleadings, motions, depositions, mediations, and trials.
• Handle disputes related to business bankruptcies and creditors’ rights litigation.
• Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and provide strategic counsel to clients.
• Advocate for clients in state and federal courts, including trial preparation and courtroom appearances.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in coporate litigation. Business bankruptcy experience is a plus but can be learned on the job.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Ability to handle cases independently and manage all aspects of litigation.
• Licensed to practice law in Florida and in good standing with the Florida Bar.
• Excellent judgment, leadership, and communication skills.
• Confidence and ability to represent clients in trial proceedings.
