Remote Civil Litigation Associate Attorney

Job Description:

Our firm in San Francisco is seeking a mid-level associate attorney with 4 to 6 years of meaningful experience in civil litigation to join our Litigation Department . The attorney will be responsible for handling a diverse range of substantive litigation matters, including complex litigation, corporate and partnership disputes, contract disputes, and intellectual property disputes.

Responsibilities:

• Drafting pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
• Drafting and responding to written discovery
• Managing document discovery
• Conducting depositions
• Arguing motions
• Pre-trial preparation
• Assisting with trials and arbitrations

Qualifications:

• 4 to 6 years of civil litigation experience
• Demonstrated experience in drafting pleadings/motions and responding to written discovery
• Experience with managing document discovery
• Experience with depositions, arguing motions, pre-trial preparation, trials, and arbitrations is a plus
• Superior legal writing skills

Salary Range:

• The anticipated annual base salary wage range for this position is $265,000 to $310,000. The final salary offered will be dependent on factors including type and years of experience, education, and other relevant considerations.
