Your Role and Contribution: As part of our innovative legal team, you will be entrusted with significant responsibilities that directly impact our success and expansion. This position is designed for an attorney who is driven to excel in their field and is keen on building and managing their own portfolio of cases. Your ability to generate and handle business will not only advance your career but also significantly contribute to our firm's goals and vision.  

Key Responsibilities:  

• Represent the company in litigation matters, providing strategic legal advice and support. 
• Serve as a key legal advisor to the company, ensuring compliance and mitigating risks. 
• Work collaboratively across departments to facilitate the company's growth and protect its interests.
• Flexibility to work hybrid. Attend court when needed. 

Requirements:  

• Active bar license in Ohio.
• A minimum of 6 years of experience in corporate transactional law and litigation. 
• Entrepreneurial mindset, with a strong inclination towards self-driven success and a high degree of professional autonomy. 
• Strong expertise in managing a diverse range of corporate legal matters. 
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. 
• A proactive, forward-thinking approach, capable of delivering results and driving initiatives.
