We are a small but fast-growing business law firm in need of an aggressive trial lawyer who is not afraid of the courtroom or to stand up to opposing counsel. You will work directly with our clients, have meaningful work in and out of the courtroom, and work as part of a real team. • Draft correspondence, legal pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Oversee paralegals, law clerks, and administrative staff
• Complete legal research and prepare motions, pleadings, and briefs
• Represent clients in court to argue motions during legal proceedings
• Advise clients by weighing available options toward a successful outcome and plan a course of action
• Analyze client needs, identify solutions, and determine case strategies

Qualifications:

• Communication, problem-solving, decision-making, interpersonal, and public speaking skills required
• Work independently while handling a heavy caseload
• Graduation from law school with Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree and experience in representing clients for at least 2 years
