Job Description:

As an Associate Business Insights Analyst, you will play a key role in analyzing business data to uncover insights that drive strategic decision-making. You will work closely with various departments to understand their needs, analyze trends, and generate actionable recommendations. The ideal candidate will be adept at data analysis, possess strong problem-solving skills, and have a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and analyze business data from various sources.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data and present findings to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven insights.
• Assist in the development of data models and forecasts to support strategic planning.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to communicate insights and recommendations effectively.
• Support ad-hoc data analysis and reporting requests as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in a data analysis or business insights role (internships or relevant projects may be considered).
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present data-driven insights clearly.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with statistical analysis and data modeling.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R.
• Familiarity with CRM systems or ERP software.
