Associate Litigation Attorney - Remote / Work from Home (WFH)
Position: Entry Level Lawyer (Employment Law)
Location: Remote
Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year + Bonuses

We are a dedicated plaintiff's employment law firm specializing in discrimination cases and providing outstanding legal services to our clients. We are looking for a motivated and skilled Entry Level Lawyer with 0-3 years of experience to join our collaborative team. Our training programs ensure that new lawyers are well-prepared to manage their caseload effectively.
Responsibilities:
Assist in handling a variety of employment law cases, including litigation, counseling, and compliance matters, with a special focus on discrimination cases.
Conduct thorough legal research and draft essential legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, and briefs.
Provide sound legal advice and develop effective strategies for resolving client issues.
Communicate clearly and effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
Participate in client meetings and discussions regarding case strategies.
Stay informed about the latest developments in employment law to provide the best support to clients.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Licensed to practice law in Kansas and/or Missouri (KS & MO license preferred).
0-3 years of experience in active legal practice.
Strong writing skills with the ability to produce clear and concise legal documents.
Good judgment and analytical skills for assessing complex issues.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
