Associate Attorney
Our client is a prestigious law firm with a strong presence in Sacramento, recognized for providing top-tier legal services. The firm is currently seeking a motivated and experienced Associate Attorney to join their dynamic legal team. This role presents an outstanding opportunity for an ambitious attorney to grow their career in a collaborative and professional legal environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Independently manage a caseload across various legal practice areas, including civil litigation, business disputes, or insurance defense (depending on the firm's specialization).
Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
Handle discovery, depositions, mediations, and arbitrations.
Advocate for clients in court, including representing them at hearings, trials, and settlement negotiations.
Work closely with senior attorneys, providing legal strategy and assisting in trial preparation.
Provide sound legal advice to clients, maintaining excellent client relationships.
Qualifications:
2-10 years of civil litigation experience
Must be Bar licensed in California, in good standing.
Must reside or be willing to relocate to Sacramento, California area.
Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills.
Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced legal environment.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage client expectations.
