Qualifications
* Licensed in the State of Maryland. Licensure in DC and/or Virginia is a plus
* 3+ years practicing family law or litigation experience with an interest in transitioning to family law
* Excellent with time management and use of calendar
* Ability to develop case strategy
* Comfortable in a courtroom
Responsibilities
* Billable hour target 1550
* Manage family law cases within firm policies and procedures
* Ability to take full ownership of case strategy
* Review discovery responses, financial statements and evaluate
* Present arguments in court
