The ideal candidate will have:

* JD from accredited law school, with excellent academic credentials
* 4+ years of civil litigation experience
* Current California Bar admission or ability to obtain admission
* Understanding of current state and federal procedures
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* Attention to detail and commitment to excellence
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
* Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills
* Working with others in a team-oriented environment is essential
