Job Description
A **Pennsylvania-based law firm** , with over 40 years of experience serving clients in the tri-state area, is seeking an Associate Attorney to join their dynamic legal team. The firm offers a diverse range of legal services, including **personal injury, medical malpractice, real estate, corporate and business law, employment law, financial services**, and **wills, trusts & estates**.
They are seeking a highly motivated attorney who is **barred in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey** to represent both **plaintiffs and defendants**, from **small businesses to large corporations**, in a variety of complex commercial litigation matters. This role will focus on **breach of contract claims, creditor/lender disputes, and partnership disputes**. Additionally, the position will involve **contract drafting** and some **business and real estate transactions**.
**Qualifications:**
- Minimum of **3 years** of **commercial litigation** experience
- Licensed to practice law in **Pennsylvania and New Jersey**
- Strong litigation skills, including **case strategy, depositions, motion practice**, and **trial preparation**
- Experience representing **plaintiffs and defendants** in **breach of contract claims, creditor/lender disputes, and partnership disputes**
- Contract drafting and familiarity with **business and real estate law** a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
