Position: Associate Attorney

Location: Fairfax, VA office

Practice Areas: Insurance Defense, Liability Defense

Work Arrangement: Hybrid

Responsibilities:

* Provide legal defense to insurance carriers and self-insured companies
* Handle cases related to products and premise liability, consumer auto, professional liability, and more
* Collaborate with a dynamic team to effectively represent clients
* Attend trials and hearings, and demonstrate a passion for trial work

Qualifications:

* Active license in Maryland and/or Virginia
* 1-2 years of experience in Insurance Defense and Liability Defense
* Strong trial experience and a genuine interest in trial work
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work collaboratively in an open-door environment
