Del Sol Solutions - Immediate Assistant Supervisor Needed

Del Sol Solutions, a premiere facilities management service company, is seeking a highly skilled Assistant Supervisor to join our team. We focus on building meaningful connections with our clients and delivering top-notch support services to federal and commercial organizations. As an Assistant Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to work alongside a talented team with a shared ambition to achieve extraordinary results and redefine excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in supervising and coordinating daily operations
• Ensure quality standards are met and maintained
• Support in training and mentoring team members
• Collaborate with management to implement process improvements
• Cleaning building floors (vacuuming, mopping, scrubbing, sweeping)
• Gathering and emptying indoor trash
• Clean, service and resupply restrooms
• Clean windows, mirrors and other glass surfaces
• Engaging in building security and safety activities (checking and locking doors, checking electrical appliance)
• Moving equipment, supplies, and furniture

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a supervisory role
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Bonus: A working knowledge of cleaning equipment, chemicals, and supplies
