Description We are looking for an Assistant Property Manager to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. This long-term contract position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the management and oversight of commercial properties, ensuring tenant satisfaction and property value enhancement. Responsibilities: - Assist in the daily management and operations of commercial properties, ensuring tenant needs are met and property standards are upheld. - Collaborate with the management team to develop and execute strategic plans for property improvements and value optimization. - Communicate regularly with tenants, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally. - Oversee property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards. - Coordinate leasing activities, including tenant renewals and onboarding processes. - Utilize property management software to maintain accurate records and reports. - Support budgeting and financial planning efforts for assigned properties. - Monitor vendor performance and manage service contracts to ensure quality and efficiency. - Participate in team meetings and contribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing the overall client and tenant experience. Requirements - Valid real estate license in the state of Arizona. - Proven experience in commercial property management or a related field. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset. - Proficiency in property management software and related tools. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. - Certification such as ORG or AcoM preferred, or a willingness to obtain. - Familiarity with real estate laws and regulations governing commercial properties.
