Job Title: Assistant Project Manager

Hourly Pay: $25 - $35/hour

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to support project managers in overseeing and executing projects. You will assist with planning, monitoring, and reporting on project progress to ensure all tasks are completed on time and within budget. Job Responsibilities

• Assist project managers in the planning and execution of project tasks and timelines
• Track project progress, ensuring milestones are met according to deadlines
• Coordinate project teams and resources, ensuring optimal resource allocation
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and reports
• Monitor and control project budgets, ensuring financial tracking aligns with project goals
• Communicate regularly with team members, stakeholders, and clients to ensure all parties are informed on project status
• Help identify risks and issues within projects and contribute to the development of mitigation strategies
• Participate in project meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting outcomes
• Ensure that all project deliverables are met within scope and quality expectations
• Assist with project evaluations and preparing final project reports

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Assistant Project Manager or in a similar project support role

• Strong understanding of project management processes and tools

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Asana) and Microsoft Office Suite

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities

• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills

• Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team environment
