What Does It Take to Be Qualified?
1-5 years of hands-on construction experience
Excellent communication skills
Proven ability to work collaboratively internally and with outside consultants or clients
What Can You Expect To Do?
Assist in preparing construction documents, and coordinate with design and management team
Work on given projects Schematic Design phases through to Construction Administration
Manage projects from start to finish and work directly with clients and support members
Complete project submittals, code reviews, and coordination of consultants
Meet with regulatory authorities and parties as needed
Review drawings, ensure accurate document preparation
