University of Rochester: Office of the Provost: University of Rochester Medical Center: School of Medicine and Dentistry: Family Medicine **Salary Range or Pay Grade** $152,000-$274,333 **Description** The Center for Primary Care, a division of the University of Rochester, is recruiting for a Faculty physician to provide primary care services in a community-based practice setting in Monroe county. Join a vibrant network of Primary Care providers who are practicing in a patient centered medical home model. This practice location is currently using the EPIC electronic medical records system and training will be provided. **Qualifications** Must be committed to working to be "Ever Better" while employing our I Care values of integrity, compassion, accountability, respect and excellence.
