Job Title: Assembly Technician
Job Type: Temp to Hire
Location: Tulsa, OK
Pay: $17–$18.50/hour DOE (includes an 11.5% shift premium on all hours worked)
Shift: Friday–Sunday, 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Position Overview:

We are hiring Assembly Technicians to join a growing team in Tulsa. This position requires assembling parts, interpreting technical drawings, and maintaining high safety and quality standards in a fast-paced production environment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assemble or repair parts and products using hand and power tools
• Interpret and follow technical documentation such as blueprints, diagrams, and schematics
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Adhere to all company and industry safety requirements
• Troubleshoot problems and apply critical thinking to resolve issues
• Assist with product testing, documentation, and maintenance as needed
• Rivet components and perform electrical wiring tasks
• Acquire basic knowledge of test procedures and techniques

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in mechanical assembly
• High School Diploma or GED
• Experience using hand and power tools
• Demonstrated experience with electrical wiring and riveting
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Able to lift at least 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods (standing or sitting)
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet production schedules and quality standards

Physical Demands & Safety-Sensitive Considerations:

This is a safety-sensitive position due to the involvement in:

• Handling, storage, and transport of hazardous materials
• Operating motor vehicles, machinery, or power tools
• Repairing or monitoring equipment where failure may cause harm
• Working with volatile materials or chemicals
• Regular standing, bending, squatting, and climbing for 95% of the shift
