• Creating and building wire harness assembly aids
• Building wire harnesses of all complexities
• Using assembly aids such as billboards and blueprints
• Working with a variety of tools and reading instructions
• Conducting tests to ensure the harness works as designed
• Completing repetitive tasks
• Working on a team

Qualifications:

• You understand the importance of a sense of urgency
• Precise attention to detail
• The motivation to learn and constantly improve processes
• A basic understanding of hand tools
• You are great at logic and problem-solving
• You are motivated and a self-starter
• Reliability. You understand that your team is counting on you every day
• Have the ability to do repetitive work
• Carpentry skills - preferred
• Mechanically inclined
• Experienced with power and hand tools - preferred
