Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Architectural Designer with a strong background in healthcare projects to join our team. This is a remote role , but candidates must be based in Georgia . The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly productive in a remote work environment, and either pursuing or planning to pursue their Architecture License .

Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed construction documents and drawings using Revit .
• Collaborate with project teams to produce high-quality healthcare facility designs .
• Ensure compliance with VA, federal, and other relevant healthcare regulations (preferred).
• Assist in design development and technical documentation, focusing on production rather than project management.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external consultants in a remote setting .

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Healthcare project experience required (VA or Federal project experience preferred).
• Proficiency in Revit is essential.
• Strong technical and production skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work independently and stay productive in a remote work environment .
• Actively pursuing an Architecture License or planning to do so.
