Compensation Highlights

• W2 Employed Model : $365/hour with annual earnings approaching $760K, plus a $50K forgivable loan and an optional $1,000/month resident stipend
• 1099 Independent Contractor Model : $385/hour for local providers or $400/hour for commuting providers—offering greater autonomy and flexibility

Duties and Requirements:
• Deliver anesthesia care for Ortho, OB/GYN, and Opthamology cases. No heart, neuro, or pain management cases
• Full-time schedule (40 hrs/week) with a call rotation (1:5)
• Manage regional blocks, lumbar punctures, and intubations independently
• ACLS, PALS, BLS, and DEA certifications required
