Job Description:

Our team is seeking experienced AI/ML Engineers with hands on experience in Generative AI, prompt engineering, data curation, AI agent development, and domain specific model fine tuning using various frameworks. The ideal candidates will have a strong understanding of Transformer architecture and Generative AI concepts, as well as experience with PEFT such as LoRA/QLoRA trainings on large language models.

• Candidates should have hands on experience with Generative AI, especially in prompt engineering, data curation, AI agent development, and domain specific model fine tuning using frameworks.
• Knowledge of Transformer architecture and Generative AI concepts is essential.
• Strong knowledge and experience in prompt engineering and PEFT such as LoRA/QLoRA trainings on large language models is a plus.
• Experience with building and extending RAG, multi agent frameworks such as Langchain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen is a plus.
• Proficiency in ML frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow and Python data science modules is required. Key Responsibilities: Develop and fine tune domain specific models using Generative AI frameworks.
• Implement prompt engineering techniques and PEFT methods.
• Build and extend RAG and multi agent frameworks such as Langchain, LlamaIndex, and AutoGen.
• Utilize ML frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow and Python data science modules.
• Collaborate with internal teams for reviews, testing, and production cutover.
• Provide warranty support post production.
