The Role Highlights

Main Responsibilities:

1. Develop, optimize, and deploy AI/ML models to enhance automation and decision-making processes.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into products and services.
3. Ensure the scalability, efficiency, and ethical use of AI technologies within the organization.

A Day In Your Life:

• Design, train, and fine-tune AI/ML models for various applications.

• Implement and optimize deep learning and machine learning algorithms.

• Work with data engineers to preprocess and structure large datasets.

• Deploy and monitor AI models in production environments.

• Research and stay updated on AI trends, tools, and frameworks.

• Collaborate with software engineers to integrate AI into applications.

• Identify and resolve AI-related challenges, including bias and performance issues.

• Document models, experiments, and results for future reference.

Requirements

You’re the AI Engineer we’re looking for if you have:

• Strong proficiency in Python and AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
• Experience in model training, evaluation, and optimization
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and statistics
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for AI deployment
• Ability to work with large-scale datasets and optimize performance
• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
