A Day in the Life of an Advanced Production Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain tidy and safe workspace.
• Uphold exceptional quality standards as per manufacturing needs.
• Expertly evaluate production samples.
• Ensure machinery operates within prescribed conditions.
• Push for maximum productivity and line efficiency.
• Complete all production documentation with precision.
• Proactively report any operational or mechanical issues.

Training and Support:

• Be the go-to for relieving operators during breaks and lend a hand during changeovers.
• Troubleshoot and address operational challenges.
• Guide and train fellow employees as necessary.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficient in English communication and documentation.
• Adept with numerical tasks including basic arithmetic.
• Certified or willing to become certified in forklift operation.

Physical Demands:

• Comfortable handling up to 50 lbs machine parts.
• Manage garden hose reels weighing up to 1200 lbs up to 50 times per shift.
• Precision in basic mechanical assembly.
• Capable of working in elevated temperatures.
• Demonstrate agility for tasks requiring bending and lifting.
