Become part of a dedicated precision machining team in Berlin Heights, OH, as an Advanced Machining Technician , and bring your ACME or Davenport machine expertise to bear. Your skills in maintaining precision will be key to our high-paced, quality-driven environment.
Execute setup and operation of ACME/Davenport screw machines for high-grade metal parts
Oversee materials entry, tool switching, and minor machine repairs with accuracy
Interpret technical diagrams and ensure parts meet specifications with precision tools
Consistently monitor machine functions for accuracy and quality assurance
Tackle and resolve equipment and accuracy challenges promptly
Keep a meticulous record of production and quality results
Maintain cleanliness and organization within the workspace, working closely with support teams
2+ years of ACME/Davenport machine operation experience
Deep familiarity with multi-spindle operations
Excellent mechanical and problem-solving capabilities
Proficient in technical reading and precision tool utilization
Able to autonomously manage tasks
High school diploma/GED required, further technical courses advantageous
