About the Team:

The Executive Administrative Team supports leaders across Engineering, Product, Innovation, and Cloud (EPIC). Comprised of Executive and Administrative Professionals, our team leverages diverse perspectives and unique skills to creatively solve problems, drive customer satisfaction, champion change and innovation, and build meaningful connections.

About The Role

We're seeking an entry level Administrative Assistant to join our global team. This position reports to an EA Manager, will support (1) member of leadership, and involves partnering with EPIC leaders and the administrative team to enhance productivity, accelerate ways of working, and deliver on key focus areas.

Qualifications

About You:

Basic Qualifications

• 1-3 years of administrative support, including calendar management, travel coordination, and handling expense reports from completion to submission, or related administrative operations experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
• Strong skills in building relationships with team members and supporting strategic goals.
• A team player who is open to feedback and committed to personal growth.
• Availability to work in the office a minimum of three days per week.
