• Ready to learn our accounting software to best utilize to ensure our Accounts Payable and Receivable processes are being met to our company standards

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:

• Commit to upholding our Core Values
• Monitor Accounts Payable to ensure all accounts are paid on time with payment errors of less than 1% through adherence to our AP process
• Monitor and maintain Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) of less than 20 days through adherence to our AR process
• Accurately process payroll in a timely manner to ensure employees are getting paid on time
• Keep information up to date to ensure financial success of the business
• Observe needs of the Office Manager and proactively assist as needed
• Facilitate a world-class, Raving Fan customer and vendor experience
• Build long-term vendor and client relationships
• Help the company achieve a fair profit to ensure long term job security
• Provide feedback and ideas to move the company forward
• Acquire an intimate knowledge of our accounting software systems and use them daily
• Train and provide support to other team members
• Answer inbound phone calls
• Make outbound phone calls as needed

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong work ethic
• Solid written and verbal communication
• Technological literacy – fluency with and willingness to learn phone apps & computer programs as required by your supervisor; competency in communicating via email and SMS
• Willing to provide feedback
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to multi-task
• Processing payroll experience is a plus
• QuickBooks experience is a plus
• Accounts payable & receivable experience is a plus
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• At least 2 years of experience in a professional office environment
• Clean driving record
• Drug free

• Most work is performed in a normal office environment
• Operate a variety of standard office equipment including a computer, telephone, calculator, copy and fax machine requiring continuous and repetitive arm, hand and eye movement
• Travel to/from meetings and to various locations
• Must be willing to submit to a background check.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

• $16-$22/hour DOE
• Freckle Farm employee discount
• PTO starts accruing at the commencement of full-time employment. Can be used after 6 months of full-time employment.
