Job Description and Duties

Under the general supervision of the Accounting Administrator I, the incumbent maintains the Uncleared Collection Listing (UCL) for the departments accounting function.  Maintains records of receipts and research transactions to determine the proper accounting for all items.  Prepares, reviews and analyzes financial reports, statements, accounts and records related to receipts.  Reconciles department records to State Controllers Office records.  The incumbent exercises moderate control in the administration of established policies and procedures, and may have on-going contact with program managers, control agencies, local governmental jurisdictions, Federal Government, vendors, and members of the public.
