Accountant Dallas (75247) | Onsite   REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS • Minimum 3 years of Accounts Payable experience. • Minimum 3 years of medium to high-volume data entry experience. • Intermediate or higher proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Adobe Acrobat.   PREFERRED SKILLS • Strong attention to detail and accuracy. • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.   COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE Pay: $20/hr Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am to 4:30pm Possible Temporary-to-Hire & W2 Start Date: ASAP Onsite Job ID: 151701   ROLE IMPACT Supports the Finance department by ensuring accurate and timely processing of high-volume Accounts Payable transactions Success in this position will help maintain the client’s vendor relationships, ensure compliance with internal controls, and support accurate financial reporting   KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Accurately enter and process high-volume Accounts Payable invoices. Reconcile discrepancies and resolve vendor payment issues promptly. Maintain organized electronic and physical records of AP transactions.
